During his career, Mr. Reiff held executive-level positions for 12 years at Geneva Companies, the nation’s leading provider of M&A services to middle market entrepreneurs. Over that period, he served as COO and CFO and was responsible for the origination of new evaluation and M&A clients, averaging over 1,000 new clients per year. Elliot also acted as Supervising Principal of Geneva’s Broker Dealer, managing over 75 registered representatives executing over $1 billion of transactions annually in all industries throughout the U.S. Prior to Geneva, Elliot was a Vice President at boutique investment bank DH Troob & Company, and a senior executive at the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agencies.

Elliot received a Master’s of Regional Planning from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from City College New York. He is a NASD Series 7, 63, and 24 General Securities Principal and a Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal.
