Prior to NPOWR and stimTV, Robert served as the Chairman of the pioneering electronic music synthesis manufacturer Octave Plateau Electronics and the founder and co-owner of Manhattan Beach Recording Studios and World Coast Music, both located in New York City. Robert first achieved recognition in the film and television industries, serving as a Producer for Warner Bros. Television and acclaimed films such as Golden Globe winner “Runaway Train.” Robert also acted as President of Cine-Source, Inc., where he arranged the financing for and served as Supervising Producer of “Texasville”, the sequel to “Last Picture Show” directed by Peter Bogdanovich.

Robert received a BA degree from the School of International Service and received a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington College of Law at American University.
